State Court: Parents can Sue Vaccine Manufacturer

Many parents and professionals believe toxic vaccine ingredients are responsible for some children's autism.  Whether you agree or disagree is irrelevant, as there are many supporters on both sides of the issue.

When it comes to advocating for our children however, it pays to pay attention to what's going on in Federal and State Courts.  The State of Georgia' court recently ruled that a law suit, brought by parents of a child with vaccine/thimerosal induced autism, could move forward despite the Federal Vaccine Injury Laws, which is the reason 100% of these cases in the past have not moved through due process.

In short, the Federal government has an act in place that 'covers' those injured by vaccines.  There are terrible and unlikely timelines, and even worse compensation, considering what we are referencing when we say 'injury'.

Since Thimerosal and/or vaccine induced autism came on the scene, there have been numerous families pursuing relief and compensation from vaccine makers and others.  In these cases, the State references the Federal law and decides the case cannot move forward at the State level.

This court decided differently.

What Does this Mean?

I honestly don't know. It's too early to tell, but the fact that it has gone this far is progress in itself.

I'll save my speech on vaccine safety for another post or I'll chat in the forum with you other great mothers, but let me say that common sense, and common sense alone, tells us that vaccines are not safe for every single child.  Nothing is.  That's one argument we can win!

What's your take on this?  My son was fine until his MMR/18 month immunizations and has subsequent immune problems, and autism of course.  Ditto for my son with Aspergers.
