hi all,
my name is Lee & i have 4 children who have had/has epilepsy.
my 1st son Kane had infantile epilepsy & grew out of it by 2.5yrs.my 2nd son Luke has MPEI & is severly diabled but rarley has seizures do to the right drug combination which occured at about 3yrs,he still has the odd one mainly due to illness.
my 3rd child Sid had infantile epilepsy but was alot harder to control than Kanes & much more frequent & severe.my 4th child Freyja also has MPEI & is on the keto diet & meds & also severly disabled.
there is no family history of epilepsy hence our DNA is being studied overseas.
it has been a hard road but have met some great families along the way,would love to meet some more,

Oh my goodness, my heart goes out to you and your family dealing with 4 kids, all with epilepsy. I have never heard of this before and wish you luck in your research. With four kids, you would think something genetic linked would show up.
