Next week we have two appointments in Atlanta. I’m ever so grateful that we’re not too far away, only about 90 minutes away, from the best doctors for children’s neurology. Monday, we see her neurologist to get the results of the EEG. Then Thursday we go back up there, this time to CHOA and hand Anna over to this neuropsychologist for testing. Six and a half hours of it. At least we’ll be able to use the results in place of the standard educational psych. the school system requires every three years. She’s due for the school psych. at the end of the 2008-09 school year. Not too fond of the school psych. either so this could be a good thing. They tend to pull kids out of the classroom for days on end to complete this huge battery of tests. I like that we’re getting it all done in one day. I hate it for my Anna though…*sigh*
